WHAT IS A CUSTOM CONTACT?

A custom contact is someone who has been hand researched by our team, just for your campaign. We do not use a database due to high rates of inaccuracy.

 

WHAT IS A SALES OPPORTUNITY

A sales opportunity (or sales-ready lead) is someone who has flagged interest in your offer. This means they have responded in a positive manner (such as wanting to take a call or asking how your solution would work for them) and are ready to be qualified by your sales team.

 

WHO AND WHAT EMAIL DO YOU SEND FROM?

To be CAN-SPAM compliant, we use a sending account of someone at your business. This sending account is supplied by you and can be either using your primary domain or a secondary.

 

CAN THIS HARM MY DOMAIN OR SENDER REPUTATION?

Because we custom research all of your leads, our bounce rates are in the 1-2% range and the recipients are highly targeted and fit your ideal customer profile. Combining this with our winning emails, we are only engaging the right people with the right message. Because of this combination, we have never had any issues with ours or our clients’ sending reputations. However, if you’re concerned, we are happy to work with you to set up a secondary domain from which we can send the emails.

 

HOW DO I RECEIVE SALES OPPORTUNITIES?

We have two ways for you to receive a sales opportunity. Either we forward them to you, or we use a template message to CC in the appropriate person on your team.

 

WHAT IS THE LEAD SHEET AND WHEN DO I GET IT?

The lead sheet is a CSV file with the contact details of all leads contacted along with their responses. You can add this data to your CRM or do your own custom follow ups via email, LinkedIn, or cold calling to anyone who did not respond to the emails (as long as they did not opt out, in which case you cannot follow up with them).

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?

No, there is no long-term contract or commitment. We bill on a month to month basis and you can cancel at anytime. We know if we can’t deliver value, then there is no sense in you staying with us. We do, however, offer a discount of 10% for quarterly billing if you’d like to lock in a lower price.

 

DO YOU OFFER A REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer a refund policy. A lot of work goes into setting up and running your campaign, therefore, we cannot offer a refund. You can, however, cancel at anytime.
