What's different about your email outreach?

We model all of our outreach on two primary principles: respect and value. The reality of cold outreach is that you're interrupting people. Your solution might be the greatest thing in the world (and it may solve all of their problems), but if you interrupt in a way that doesn't show respect for their time, you're going to get rejected far more often than you would like. So, respecting that initial correspondence should be short and sweet, we couple that with only sending messages that offer true value.

We like solving problems and connecting people, but only if we can do it in a way that sets you up for success. Protecting your brand image and reputation are never second thoughts.

Is cold email outreach legal?

Absolutely. However, it is important to follow the proper guidelines as laid out by varying countries' governing bodies. For the U.S. (where the majority of outreach takes place), we are compliant with CAN-SPAM. The same goes for the U.K. with PECR and Australia with the Spam Act of 2003.

Do you do cold calling?

No, we don't. Cold calling is an incredible skill and gets some great results, but we just aren't built for that approach. We've poured our time and efforts into honing our systems, processes, and email outreach to the point where it is today, and we find that being the outlet we can best utilize to serve our customers.

Where are you located?

We have a distributed team, so locations vary. Our staff hails from countries all over the world, and our two founders come from Canada and the United States. We're always more than happy to share some of the places we're visiting and the exciting locales our team finds themselves working from.
